Simply put, your brand is your promise to your customer It tells them what they can expect from you and also your products and services, your brand is what differentiates you from your competitors'. Your brand is a refection of who you are, who you want to be and who people perceive you to be.
Are you the innovative maverick in your industry? Or the experienced, reliable one? Is your product the high-cost, high-quality option, or the low-cost, high-value option? You can't be both, and you can't be all things to all people.
Who you are should be based to some extent on who your target customers want and need you to be.
The foundation of your brand is you, your website, packaging and promotional materials--all of which should integrate your logo--communicate your brand.

Defining Your Brand
Defining your brand is like a journey of business self-discovery. It can be difficult, time-consuming and uncomfortable. It requires, at the very least, that you answer the questions below:
what are your strengths and weakness
what are you skills you bring to your customers and prospects
who are you target users of your service products
What is your company's mission and vission?
What are the benefits and features of your products or services?
What qualities do you want them to associate with you and your company.
What kills your brand fastest
being false and non authentic People want to build a relationship with who ever they enter business with with as a customer or as business partner . Everyone has a in buil inherent for felling they being feed a line or that someone is pretending to be what they not.
Posting negative comments or bad mouthing putting down others weather it be a person or business . if you seen to be doing this it makes others uncomfortable and leaves they wondering what you be saying about them to others when they not around.
Focus on hard sell we all experienced that door to door or telemarketing seller that just solo direction on making the sales and for them it all about thee money and less on the long term relationships we make with others.
